Edwrd Said

Edward Said is an Analyst and On-Site Inspector at the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), particularly at the Banking Supervision Unit. He has achieved a first class Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Malta, obtained a Post-Graduate Certificate in Vocational Education from MCAST and is in his final year of reading for the MSc Finance (Financial Sector Management) from the University of London. Previous employments include working as a Relationship Manager at Banif Bank Malta plc and a Lecturer at the Business and Commerce Institute at MCAST.










Mark Anthony Debono ACII, IDCS (I.T.), Dip Mgmt

Mark is Chartered Insurance Broker who is graduated in Operations Management and also holds an International Diploma in IT. He is currently a Divisional Director at MIB Insurance Brokers Limited where he runs the SME Commercial Department.

Mark has been in the Insurance Market since January 1997 where he started off as a motor claims handler at Formosa and Camilleri Limited, now known as Atlas Insurance. 2 years later he moved to Gasanmamo Insurance where he spent 4 years in Motor underwriting and 3 years in Personal Lines Underwriting. After a brief move away from the market, Mark continued his ventures, this time as an Insurance Broker, at Island Insurance Brokers as a Commercial Underwriting Executive where he spent 2 years specialising in corporate accounts followed by a further year at Firstunited Insurance Brokers in the same role. In 2009 Mark moved to Allcare Insurance Brokers where he spent 5 years in the Commercial Lines Department whilst also assisting in IT before his eventual move to MIB in Jan 2014.
